Electro Industrial Metal
Dark, scary, stomping and mechanical just a few tags to the sound of COLD RUSH, a new German band ready to enter the gloomy fields of electronic hard beats and gothic metal sounds. Laid on machine-like rhythms, driving guitars and pounding basses dominate the sound of COLD RUSH. Crowned with massive hardcore-like vocals this breed presents itself as stylistic continuation of 90s industrial bands.
A band from Munich, Germany releaesd in 2009 the debut album The Illness. The band played throughout Germany with MEGADETH, LAST INSTANCE, MONO INC., DEBAUCHERY, EQULIBRIUM, SUIDAKRA etc.
Since early 2011 the band is again in the studio and recorded their new studio album. With the new singer “Matthias Kupka“, well known from the bands SUIDAKRA and EMERGENCY GATE. MATTHIAS is a very experienced vocalist, with more than 200 live gigs all over Europe (EUROPE tour with KREATOR). COLD RUSH presents the new sound even harder, more melodic and powerful!

Finally the time has come…… the recording of our new album is almost finished, you may be curious. COLD RUSH will be harder, more melodic and catchy. With our new singer Matthias Kupka our album is more mature, without changing the character of the band, a real gain for COLD RUSH!!! At our concert with MEGAHERZ on 17. March 2012 we will presumably publish a Maxi CD, a small foretaste on our Longplayer. For more on this SHORTLY!
