I liked Canadian Sleaze Rockers SLIK TOXIC way back in the early nineties just before everyone started shoe-gazing and dressing in the same type of flannels so it’s great to see gravelly-voiced front-man Nicholas Walsh back in the saddle and I’m glad to say it’s a rather Metallic and Sleazy saddle, just the way we like it...

MAX PIE - Eight Pieces - One World review by Behind The Veil Webzine 7.5/10

If you are into bands like SYMPHONY X and STRATOVARIUS, then this is an album that won’t disappoint you at all.

Grandiose, loud and powerful, massively melodramatic with heroic choruses, soaring vocals, and mind-blowing instrumentation; Max Pie will appeal to fans of Rhapsody, Kamelot, Symphony X and such.
